You've schedule your first client - hooray!! Now what?! Welcome new clients and let them know what to expect by sending out a welcome email (we recommend doing this through your EMR/Client Portal to keep things as secure as possible!). This is your time to establish your norms and hopefully help keep first session jitters at bay.
